Dear Friends,
Thomas C. Upham declared, “We must be willing to live by faith, not hoping or desiring to live any other way. We must be willing to have every light around us extinguished, to have every star in the heavens blotted out, and to live with nothing encircling us but darkness and danger. Yes, we must be willing to do all this, if God will only leave within our souls an inner radiance from the pure, bright light that faith has kindled.”
1. FRANCE FACES “SUMMER OF LOVE”: France exploded into riots after the death of a 17-year-old Algerian immigrant following an altercation with police at a traffic stop. The carnage in the first week of riots includes at least 1,000 buildings burnt, 5,600 vehicles destroyed, and 3,300 arrests. Rioters, many of them unemployed Muslim immigrants who live off the country’s generous welfare system, chanted “Allahu Akbar.” President Emmanual Macron, one of Klaus Schwab’s protegés, initially responded by condemning the policeman, attending an Elton John Concert, and shutting down the internet in some neighborhoods. Eventually, “armored military vehicles” were dispatched to restore order.
Frank Gaffney warns, “The uprisings may prove to be the start of a civil war that unassimilable Islamist immigrants have long aspired to launch in France – and far beyond. Think ‘Summer of Love’ on steroids.” Marie Hawthorne writes, “The French have already handed over their guns…so it now looks as though the French government will capitalize on these mass riots to pass more restrictive internet laws.”

2. THE REALITY OF INDEPENDENCE DAY: On July 4, author and previous AGENDA Weekly guest Diana West wrote, “On July 6, 2023, it will be two years and seven months since the overthrow of the newly re-elected President Trump was rubber-stamped by a traitor U.S. Congress, and patriotic dissent became a felony. On this Independence Day, we are ruled by traitors and cokeheads (now in the White House), installed by unknown but much-speculated-upon forces…On this Independence Day, it’s time to reflect on who we were, who we are, and what has gone so terribly wrong. It’s time to stop pretending. It’s time to free ourselves from the lies.”
Tommy Waller, President of the Center for Security Policy, praised “whistleblowers in weaponized federal agencies, embattled active duty servicemembers exposing crimes against conscience and Constitution, [and] brave state lawmakers and law enforcement officers seeking to uphold laws and secure borders while others abandon their responsibility to do so.” Waller declared, “These modern patriots are putting it all on the line to preserve what the Founders gave us.”
3. BIDEN DOJ CONTINUES LAWFARE AGAINST TRUMP AND ALLIES: Joe Biden’s Department of Justice is considering 30 to 45 new “seditious conspiracy” charges against President Trump. The DOJ is also seeking to indict Rudy Giuliani and other Trump attorneys who questioned the rigged 2020 election. Trump election attorney John Eastman is facing potential disbarment from California, while another former Trump election attorney, Lin Wood, has decided to permanently retire rather than be disbarred by his home state of Georgia.
The now-imprisoned Oath Keepers’ leader Stewart Rhodes predicts prosecutors will get Trump’s witnesses to turn on him by threatening them with life in prison, just as happened in Rhodes’ trial.

4. FORMER BRAZILIAN PRESIDENT BARRED FROM PUBLIC OFFICE UNTIL 2030: Former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro, called by some “The Trump of the Tropics,” has been barred from running for public office until 2030 by the country’s leftist Superior Electoral Court. The Gateway Pundit reports, “He was accused of attacking democracy by holding a meeting with ambassadors last year to alert the international community about vulnerabilities in Brazil’s electronic voting system – similar to the system adopted by Dominion Voting Systems.”
Ed. Note: A June 20 Financial Times article entitled, “The Discreet U.S. Campaign to Defend Brazil’s Election,” stated that Brazil’s suspicious election was not seriously challenged in part due to a “quiet, year-long pressure campaign by the U.S. government to urge the country’s political and military leaders to respect and safeguard democracy.”
5. AMERICANS CALL FOR BEN & JERRY’S BOYCOTT: The Vermont-based ice cream company Ben & Jerry’s posted, “This 4th of July, it’s high time we recognize that the US exists on stolen Indigenous land and commit to returning it.” The post linked to an article that suggested beginning with South Dakota’s Mount Rushmore. Attorney Jenna Ellis asked, “When is Ben & Jerry’s giving up their land?” One Twitter user suggested, “Sounds like it’s time for Ben and Jerry to donate 100% of their profits to indigenous people,” while another tweeted, “You are stealing milk from cows. Where is the justice for the cows?”
Country singer-songwriter John Rich responded, “Make @benndjerrys Bud Light again,” referencing the successful Bud Light boycott. The New York Post editorial board wrote, “Remember, America, you don’t have to accept woke preening from corporate elites. Speak up—with your wallets.”
6. MORE CELEBRITIES DIE FROM VACCINE INJURIES: Famous German bodybuilder Jo Linder, known online as “Joesthetics,” died suddenly of an aneurysm at 30 years old. Several weeks before his death, Linder explained that he was suffering from ripple muscle disease and said that he had received “four” Covid vaccinations after being pressured into the jab by a friend. Slovakian actress Katarina Pavelek tragically chose assisted suicide following an illness that she blamed on the booster jab which “destroyed my health, my body, and my life completely.”
UFC Light Heavyweight fighter Anthony “Lionheart” Smith has publicly come out against Covid vaccines following his mother’s death shortly after Covid vaccination and a blood clot he received following the jab. The Exposé reports, “In less than 2.5 years, there have been 1,884 athlete cardiac arrests or serious issues with 1,310 of them dead.”
Embalmer and funeral director Richard Hirschman says he’s still finding long fibrous clots in the bodies of vaxxed individuals: “This is not normal. In the 20 years prior to 2021, I never saw anything like this. Something is causing this, and I see it often.”
7. AMERICA IS DROWNING IN DEBT: Since the debt ceiling was suspended on June 3, the U.S. has added a staggering $851 billion in new debt in one month! Economist John Williams of ShadowStats estimates that real unemployment in the United States is close to 25%. Over 105 million working-age Americans do not currently have a job. A recent YouGov survey found that 27% of Americans had less than $1,000 in savings, while 12% had no savings at all.
Ed. Note: In his article, The Controlled Demolition of Nation-States, J.B. Shurk asserts, “There is no one so obedient as a man who must depend upon another for his survival. If the costs of health care, heating fuel, gasoline, and food are all too expensive after years of steady inflation, then government discretion over who gets what turns politicians into princes. Conversely, a person free from debts to either financial institutions or government apparatchiks is a person free to chart a life beyond the reach of their coercion.”
8. CBDC TEST-RUN COMING THIS MONTH: Info Wars reports, “The Federal Reserve Bank’s FedNow is scheduled for launch by the end of July. FedNow is officially an update to the Federal Reserve’s payment processing and settlement system, and appears to be a backdoor to creating a Central Bank Digital Currency.” FedNow is partnering with private blockchain operator Tassat and Metal Blockchain, “whose CEO and founder claims will allow banks to prepare for an eventual central bank digital currency, along with bank-issued stablecoins.”
Ed. Note: See here for more on the danger of CBDCs.
9. WAS DEFEAT OF AFFIRMATIVE ACTION A HOLLOW VICTORY? Ryan McMaken of the Mises Institute contends that while the Supreme Court’s recent ruling is a minor win for conservatives, it unfortunately “reiterates the power of the federal government to govern virtually every institution in America in the name of fighting discrimination.” McMaken argues the Court should have ruled against affirmative action using Title VI of the Civil Rights Act rather than the 14th Amendment’s “Equal Protection Clause.”
McMaken notes, “It was only after the adoption of the Fourteenth Amendment that federal courts took upon themselves new powers to force every state and local government to comply with federal courts’ novel interpretations of the Bill of Rights. Known as ‘incorporation,’ this new legal doctrine ensured that the Bill of Rights functioned to expand federal power rather than limit it. As a result, the United States ceased to be a true confederation of states—as described by the Constitution as ratified in 1788—and moved much further toward becoming a unitary state.”
10. AMERICA’S CITIES CONTINUE DESCENT INTO LAWLESSNESS: Breitbart reports, “Since the coldest winter weather ended in Chicago this year, groups of hundreds of teens have been carousing through various Chicago neighborhoods, reportedly vandalizing cars, stealing from businesses, and physically assaulting people on the streets.”
In Philadelphia, five people were killed and two injured in a shooting by a reported cross-dresser and BLM activist. Philly police are using “they/them” to refer to the suspect. Just The News reports, “If [Kimbrady] Carriker identified as a woman, he would be the third mass-shooting suspect with either a transgender or nonbinary identity in the past several months, after Nashville’s Audrey Hale and Colorado Springs’ Anderson Aldrich.”
11. BIDEN STALLS ON JFK DOCS RELEASE: The Biden White House waited until midnight June 30, right before one of the busiest holidays of the year, to announce that it would postpone the release of some John F. Kennedy assassination records. Presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. responded, “The assassination was 60 years ago. What national security secrets could possibly be at risk? What are they hiding?” Kennedy further noted, “The White House announcement is unlawful. In 1992, the JFK Records Act was passed unanimously by Congress with the promise that all assassination-related records would be released no later than October 2017. This promise has been broken once again with this midnight announcement.”
12. COCAINE FOUND IN WHITE HOUSE: The White House reports that a bag of cocaine was found in the West Executive Entrance, although the White House initially reported it was found in the West Wing lobby. NBC reports, “Officials are setting low expectations that they will be able to identify the person who left the cocaine.” Conservative commentator Glenn Beck tweeted: “If only there were security cameras so we could figure out whether it belonged to Hunter Biden. But no, why would the White House have cameras?!” Former FBI agent and Immigration official Mark Morgan said, “I was there countless times; I put my cell phone in that exact box that they’re talking about. I know it well…This literally should take them about 30 minutes to solve.”

13. BIDEN SCANDALS AND APPROVAL RATINGS: IRS agent Gary Shapley says his career was destroyed after he and a fellow agent blew the whistle on the DOJ’s coverup of Hunter Biden’s tax evasion. Israeli professor Dr. Gal Luft has laid out extensive bribery allegations against Biden’s family in a 14-minute recording from an undisclosed location.
Joe Biden’s approval rating is the lowest of any President in the last 50 years, while Kamala Harris’ approval rating is the lowest of any Vice President in polling history.
14. INTERNATIONAL NEWS: Alexander Soros and Bill Clinton visited with Pope Francis at a recent private meeting at the Vatican. A new study finds that only 5% of Germans regularly read the Bible.
France has passed a bill “that would allow police in France to spy on suspects by remotely activating cameras, microphone, including GPS of their phones,” reports The People’s Gazette. Marc Slavo reports that the Netherlands “has declared a state of emergency to prevent farmers from driving their tractors into the city to protest the government’s mandatory fertilizer reduction targets.”
15. NOTEWORTHY STORIES:
- In his latest video, Tucker Carlson took aim at Biden official “Rachel” Levine, a man pretending to be a woman. Carlson said of Pride ideology, “This is not about liberation. It’s just the opposite…[It’s] the people who think they’re God versus everybody else.”
- The Daily Signal reports the American Medical Association has been “compromised by radical ideology” after it “passed a series of resolutions in the name of diversity, equity, and inclusion.”
- The Children’s Health Defense reports, “Social media ‘climate misinformation’ policies are targeting a wide range of people on both the Right and Left who dispute official narratives about climate ‘solutions’ preferred by the government and its powerful corporate backers.”
- Biden’s CDC is encouraging people to get vaccinated against Covid, the flu, and RSV, in order to prevent a “tripledemic.”
- CD Media reports, “Connecticut State Attorney General William Tong has joined together with a coalition of 16 states that have all agreed to hide student gender identity choices from their parents.”
- Breitbart reports, “Google has announced that it now reserves the right to scrape virtually all content posted online to enhance its AI tools.”
- Colorado website designer Lorie Smith has received serious death threats following the Supreme Court’s decision in her favor upholding Americans’ right to free speech.
- The U.S. Geological Survey finds that 45% of drinking water in the United States – mostly in urban areas – is contaminated with harmful “forever chemicals.”
- E. J. Antoni of the Heritage Foundation reports that 90% of new jobs created in June were from illegal immigrants.
- The Brownstone Institute reports that the CDC altered Minnesota death certificates to cover up Covid vaccine deaths.
- The Daily Wire reports that the South has replaced the Northeast as the leader in America’s GDP, after 2.2 million people fled to the Southeast in the last two years.
FAITH, FAMILY, & FREEDOM REPORT
1. SOUND OF FREEDOM TAKES IN $14.2 MILLION OPENING DAY: The new movie depicting the grim realities of child trafficking beat Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, reaching the #1 spot at the box office, with $14.2 million in ticket sales on July 4. Angel Studios CEO Neal Harmon said, “We’ve received numerous messages telling us theaters are either packed or sold out. This movie has now taken on a life of its own to become something more than that, a grassroots movement. With an A+ CinemaScore rating, we’re the top-rated movie in America, and we’re going to see word-of-mouth spread even further going into the weekend.”
2. BIDEN ADMINISTRATION LOSES CENSORSHIP POWERS: District Judge Terry A. Doughty ruled that certain Biden officials, including DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, cannot contact social media companies in efforts to censor opposition. The injunction prohibits “engaging in any communication of any kind with social-media companies urging, encouraging, pressuring, or inducing in any manner for removal, deletion, suppression, or reduction of content containing protected free speech.”
3. MARCH FOR LIFE IN IRELAND: Thousands in Ireland took to the streets, marching for life and standing against abortion. Dr. Trevor Hayes stated, “The vast majority of Irish doctors do not carry out abortions – nor do they want to. We know that abortion isn’t healthcare. Any act that ends a life isn’t healthcare. Healthcare is life-saving, not life-ending. Abortion doesn’t serve women. It’s a sign that we have absolutely failed them.”
4. INDIANA WINS PRO-LIFE VICTORY: The Indiana Supreme Court ruled that a ban on most abortions, which had been blocked, was constitutional. Attorney General Todd Rakita stated, “The Indiana Supreme Court has just upheld the abortion laws passed by the Indiana General Assembly. We celebrate this day — one long in coming, but morally justified. Thank you to all the warriors who have fought for this day that upholds LIFE.”
5. ABORTIONS IN GEORGIA HALVED: Abortions in Georgia have been cut in half, with around 1,800 babies per month being saved. Micaiah Bilger of LifeNews stated, “Laws are just one of the ways that pro-life advocates are working to protect lives. Another strategy is to increase resources to help families through government aid, tax credits, pregnancy resource centers, maternity homes, scholarships, baby showers, fundraisers, and more.”
6. NEW YORK PARENTS SUPPORT SANITY: Radical leftists lost a battle in New York City after the Parent Leaders for Accelerated Curriculum and Education (PLACE) endorsed many pro-family candidates to turn the tables against progressives. Jacqueline Toboroff explained, “Forty percent of their endorsed candidates making up New York City’s school boards will fight to keep merit, which means they’ll fight against racism in education. They’ll fight to keep standards high and for children to get a quality education.”
7. PRIDE MONTH LOST RELEVANCE: The Washington Stand reported pride messaging was down a dramatic 40% from 2022. A Trafalgar poll found 62% of respondents were “sick of the public LGBT pandering,” and 41% of citizens have “personally boycotted a company that took a public stance on a cultural or political issue they disagree with.” Dr. Ben Carson expounded, “Corporate America has a very important purpose, and that is to reward their stockholders. They can’t necessarily do that if they have another agenda — like being social manipulators.”
8. AMERICANS OPPOSE AFFIRMATIVE ACTION: Though mainstream media might claim otherwise, most Americans, including 84% of white citizens, 81% of Hispanics, 76% of Asians, and 71% of blacks stand against affirmative action. Daniel Greenfield wrote, “There is no sizable constituency supportive of systemic racism in college admissions outside the media.”
9. U.S. HOUSE CONSIDERS CUTTING WHO FUNDING: The U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Appropriations proposed a bill to cut all World Health Organization funding by 2024. Dr. Francis Boyle commented, “This is the committee that counts in the House when it comes to funding everything. This is a good first step, but it is not sufficient.”
Ed. Note: Educate and encourage your elected officials to get the United States out of the U.N. and its connected organizations, such as the WHO.
10. FREE SPEECH WINS IN OREGON: The U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals found a law forbidding public recording in Oregon to be unconstitutional. The Epoch Times reported, “The journalism group Project Veritas challenged the law in 2020, arguing that it could result in undercover reporters’ being criminally charged. People have refused to talk in the past when being told they were being recorded, the group said, meaning the law prevented reporters from exercising their First Amendment rights.”
11. PROTECTION FOR THE SECOND AMENDMENT: In a victory for 2A supporters, District Judge Reed O’Connor ruled that implements related to guns could not be classified as such. O’Conner ruled, “ATF’s declaration that a component is a ‘frame or receiver’ does not make it so…In sum, there is a legal distinction between a weapon parts kit…and a ‘weapon’ which “may readily be completed [or] assembled . . .”
12. TERRORIST ATTACKER KILLED BY ARMED CITIZEN: A Palestinian terrorist wounded 7 in Tel Aviv before an armed citizen shot and killed the gunman. The hero related, “I prayed the gun would fire or else I was dead.” Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated, “Whoever thinks that such an attack will deter us from continuing our fight against terrorism is mistaken. He is simply unfamiliar with the spirit of the State of Israel, our government, our citizens, and our soldiers.”
13. LEGENDARY INVESTOR QUESTIONS VACCINES: Bill Ackman, CEO of Pershing Square Capital, reversed previous comments in favor of the Covid shot and stated, “I don’t feel like we’ve fully answered questions about the safety of all vaccines, particularly more recently approved vaccines, and our approach to determining their safety and efficacy.” CNBC reported, “Ackman’s new stance on vaccines marks a dramatic shift for the investor.”
14. ARKANSAS GOVERNOR STANDS FOR FREEDOM: Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders (R) stood strong against demands to remove a chalk cross from outside the governor’s mansion. Sanders stated, “I will not erase the beautiful cross my kids drew in chalk on the driveway of the Governor’s Mansion or remove my [Facebook] post…You are wrong to claim that our Constitution prevents public officials, let alone their families, from making earnest expressions of religious faith.”
15. PRISON REVIVALS WIDESPREAD: Prisoners have been hungry for the Word of God, with revivals breaking out across the country. Ministries such as Prison Fellowship have stepped in, providing resources for chaplains and prisoners. James Lasher of Charisma News testified, “With over 2 million individuals incarcerated in various correctional facilities throughout the United States, Prison Fellowship’s significant impact continues to shape lives and bring hope to the darkest corners.”
HYMN OF THE WEEK
How Firm A Foundation by John Rippon
How firm a foundation, ye saints of the Lord,
Is laid for your faith in His excellent word!
What more can He say than to you He hath said—
To you who for refuge to Jesus have fled?
“Fear not, I am with thee, oh, be not dismayed,
For I am thy God, and will still give thee aid!
I’ll strengthen thee, help thee, and cause thee to stand,
Upheld by My gracious, omnipotent hand.”
“When through the deep waters I call thee to go,
The rivers of sorrow shall not overflow
For I will be with thee thy trouble to bless,
And sanctify to thee thy deepest distress.”
“When through fiery trials thy pathway shall lie,
My grace, all-sufficient, shall be thy supply!
The flame shall not harm thee; I only design
Thy dross to consume and thy gold to refine.
“The soul that on Jesus doth lean for repose,
I will not, I will not, desert to his foes!
That soul, though all hell should endeavor to shake,
I’ll never, no never, no never forsake!”
