1. CORRUPT NY JUDGE FINES TRUMP $355 MILLION: Corrupt New York Judge Arthur Engoron barred Donald Trump and his sons from doing business in the state for three years and ordered him to pay $355 million for allegedly defrauding banks and clients. Soros-backed State Attorney General Letitia James, who brought the case, campaigned on “getting Trump” in 2018. Trump attorney Alina Habba vowed to appeal.
Law professor Jonathan Turley called out the outrageous and irrational ruling with these words: “There’s not a single dollar lost by these ‘victims.’ In fact, the people that James calls the victims actually wanted to do more business with Donald Trump. They said they made a lot of money and…viewed him as a whale client – they wanted more loans with him.” Elon Musk asked, “Given that there were no victims with losses, who is supposed to receive the money?
Democratic Governor Kathy Hochul tried to assure business owners that they would not be similarly targeted. But Shark Tank’s Kevin O’Leary and private equity fund manager Grant Cardone both announced that they were done doing business in the state and would look for investment opportunities elsewhere.
2. WHERE IS JUSTICE IN AMERICA? In response to the ruling, former Reagan adviser Paul Craig Roberts wrote, “This is America today. Law has no meaning. It is nothing but a weapon. We can have zero confidence in its application and zero confidence in its outcomes. American prisons are full of innocent people like the ‘insurrectionists’ who could not afford to stand trial and who knew that if they did stand trial, they would be punished for doing so…”
Historian Victor Davis Hanson observed, “We are entering a dangerous era in America. Ideology and party affiliations increasingly determine guilt and punishment. Opponents are first targeted, and then laws are twisted and redefined to convict them. The left is waging lawfare with the implicit message to political opponents: either keep quiet or suffer the consequences.”
3. BIDEN PROTECTION RACKET CONTINUES: The Secret Service approved protection for Democrat-funded Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley, but has yet to do so for Independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
In an unprecedented move, CBS News reportedly “seized the files, computers, and records” of fired investigative reporter Catherine Herridge, including confidential materials and sources. Herridge was investigating Biden family corruption before her sudden termination.
Also, the FBI indicted and arrested “trusted” and “credible” informant Alexander Smirnov, who previously blew the whistle on Biden family corruption regarding Ukraine’s Burisma, accusing him of providing false information to the FBI.
4. SURVEYS REVEAL WHY ELITES LOVE MARXISM: After analyzing more than 20 surveys, veteran pollster Scott Rasmussen found that a unique elite one percent is driving the most radical, divisive change in America today. This group shares three characteristics: They hold graduate degrees, have yearly family incomes over $150,000, and live in densely populated urban areas. Here are a few takeaways:
- 67% are between 35 and 54, and 86% are white.
- 47% favor “Sanders-like policies,” and 73% are Democrats.
- 82% think Biden is doing a good job vs. only 41% of other voters.
- 70% trust the government to do the right thing most of the time.
- 35% said they would rather cheat than lose a close election.
- 76% have a favorable view of college professors vs. 17% of other voters.
- 72% endorse strict restrictions and rationing on the private use of gas, meat, and electricity.
- The most radical ones were educated at the “dirty dozen”: Harvard, Yale, University of Pennsylvania, Northwestern, Johns Hopkins, Columbia, Stanford, Berkeley, Princeton, Cornell, MIT, and the University of Chicago.
Newt Gingrich summarized, “It is the elite one percent who dominate the universities, news media, judiciary, intelligence agencies, giant foundations, and most major corporations. Although they are relatively few, they marry each other, their children go to the same schools, and they hire and promote each other.”

5. JULIAN ASSANGE AND THE WAR ON FREE SPEECH: A London court will soon decide if journalist and WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange can be extradited to the United States. Assange would face a 175-year sentence if extradited to the U.S., where his wife Stella warned, “he will die.”
Investigative journalist Glenn Greenwald called the prosecution “the most extreme assault on press freedoms in the West” and wrote, “It sets a precedent that criminalizes the most basic act of investigative journalism…”
Connor O’Keefe of the Mises Institute explained, “Julian Assange is not a spy. Nor is he a terrorist or some Democratic or Republican operative…The reason Assange has been in various forms of custody for almost twelve years is not because he committed any real crimes but because he has embarrassed the political establishment.”

6. GLOBALISTS RAMP UP SUN-DIMMING EFFORTS: Scientists in the United States, Australia, and Israel have announced new initiatives to dim the sun. The Wall Street Journal reports: “The shift reflects growing concern that efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions aren’t moving fast enough to prevent the destructive effects of heat waves, storms and floods made worse by climate change. According to scientists and business leaders involved in the projects, geoengineering isn’t a substitute for reducing emissions. Rather, it is a way to slow climate warming…while buying time to switch to a carbon-free economy.”
Dr. Joseph Samsone observes that Florida is experiencing its cloudiest weather in 84 years and attributes the phenomenon to chemtrails. Journalist Leo Hohmann writes, “Globalists like Bill Gates and George Soros are doing harm to the environment through their genocidal climate agenda on multiple levels. They advocate blanketing our fertile farmland with toxic solar panels, while filling more acres of farmland with wind turbines that kill birds and other wildlife. They also push electric cars which run on toxic lithium batteries that are going to create an environmental nightmare in the years ahead because, like the solar panels, there’s no way to safely dispose of them.”

7. HORMONAL BIRTH CONTROL AND THE WAR ON CHILDREN: Billionaire Elon Musk recently tweeted, “Hormonal birth control makes you fat, doubles risk of depression and triples risk of suicide. This is the clear scientific consensus, but very few people seem to know it.” Musk backed up his claim with links to a 2017 Time Magazine article and a 2018 study from Great Britain confirming these dangers.
In response, Babylon Bee commentator Ashley St. Clair related how doctors placed her on the pill “at just 14 years old for acne” and put her on an anti-depressant just several months later. St. Clair wrote, “In retrospect, after being on birth control for nearly a decade, being placed on the pill for ‘acne’ was akin to killing a mouse with a rocket launcher. Though my anecdote is a story for another time, it is far from unique. Hundreds of thousands of women across the United States and the world have had a similar experience to mine – feeling completely out of their mind on a pill their doctor told them was relatively ‘harmless.’”
Life Site News reports, “Hormonal contraceptives, especially the birth control pill, have a well-documented history of physically harming the women who take them. In 2005, a division of the World Health Organization declared chemical contraceptives to be a Group 1 Carcinogen, the highest classification of carcinogenicity, used only when there is sufficient evidence of carcinogenicity in humans.”
In related news, Trevor Hedberg, an Assistant Professor at the University of Arizona, released an article titled, “Children are expensive – not just for parents, but the environment – so how many is too many?” Hedberg claimed, “Overpopulation is a collective problem that is degrading the environment and causing harm, so individuals should reduce their contribution to it when they can.”

8. VACCINES AND VIRUSES: A new study confirms that mRNA from the COVID-19 vaccine does not stay at the site of the injection but migrates into breast milk. Attorney Rogan O’Handley tweeted, “The American Red Cross is now asking blood donors if they ever received the COVID vaccine. If you answer Yes, they want you to call ahead to see if you’re still eligible. I thought the vax was ‘safe and effective’? What info are they hiding from us?”
The Daily Mail reports, “The US government is spending $ 1 million of American taxpayer money to fund experiments on dangerous bird flu viruses in collaboration with Chinese scientists.”
9. MEDIA NARRATIVES ON KANSAS CITY SHOOTING VS. RITTENHOUSE: Kyle Rittenhouse, who was viciously defamed in 2020 for exercising his right of self-defense in Kenosha, Wisconsin, tweeted, “I am trying to comprehend why the government was quick to reveal my name after I defended myself, but they still haven’t released the names of the Kansas City shooters.”
Conservative commentator Jack Posobiec noted that the media covered for the juvenile shooters who injured 22 and killed one during the Chiefs’ Parade to fit their narrative and said, “It turns out it’s just regular Kansas City violence that goes on in every city in America.”

TRANS IDEOLOGY IMPERILS WOMEN AND NATIONAL SECURITY: One high school girls’ basketball team recently chose to forfeit a game rather than play against a male athlete who had previously injured an opposing player. The Daily Signal reports, “Secretary of State Antony Blinken reportedly sent a memo directing staff at the State Department – the government agency that represents America around the world – to avoid using ‘problematic’ terms that suggest human beings are male and female.” Instead, staff are to use “gender-neutral language whenever possible.”

1. ALABAMA SUPREME COURT AFFIRMS HUMANITY OF FROZEN EMBRYOS: The Alabama Supreme Court ruled that frozen embryos have the right to life and should be protected under the Wrongful Death of a Minor Act. State Supreme Court Justice Jay Mitchell stated, “[The law] applies to all children, born and unborn, without limitation. It is not the role of this Court to craft a new limitation based on our own view of what is or is not wise public policy.” Chief Justice Tom Parker wrote, “[Human life] cannot be wrongfully destroyed without incurring the wrath of a holy God, who views the destruction of His image as an affront to Himself.” Pro-abortion groups expressed outrage at the decision.
2. ARGENTINA RECORDS FINANCIAL SURPLUS: Argentine Economy Minister Luis Caputo said his country had a surplus of around $620 million in January, the first surplus in over a decade. The Office of the President of Argentina stated, “This is the program that President Javier Milei promised to the Argentine people, and the one that is being carried out despite the constant attack of those who see their privileges in danger.”

TEXAS AG SUES NGO HELPING ILLEGALS: Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) announced his office would be suing Annunciation House, an NGO that “engaged in legal violations such as facilitating illegal entry to the United States, alien harboring, human smuggling, and operating a stash house.” Paxton declared, “While the federal government perpetuates the lawlessness destroying this country, my office works day in and day out to hold these organizations responsible for worsening illegal immigration.”

GOVERNOR GREG ABBOTT SPEAKS ABOUT BORDER CRISIS: Texas Governor Greg Abbott (R) invoked the Founding Fathers in his defense of the Texas border, declaring, “Texas has the constitutional right to defend itself from invasion. What Texas is doing is exactly what James Madison said would be protected by the Constitution…Madison knew that states must have the means to defend themselves…We will continue to build barriers that deny illegal entry into our state.”
5. TRUCKERS WON’T GO TO NEW YORK: Many truckers are refusing to go to New York City after the city fined Donald Trump over $350 million. Trucker Chicago Ray expressed his thoughts, stating, “[Truckers are] refusing loads to New York City starting on Monday…I don’t know how far across the country this is or how many truckers are going to start denying loads going to New York City, but I’ll tell you what – [you will] find out.”
6. CZECHOSLOVAKIAN FARMERS PROTEST: Farmers drove their tractors into downtown Prague, protesting the green policies of their government. Farmer Lukas Melichovsky stated, “We came today mainly because of the bureaucracy around farming; the paperwork is on the edge of what is bearable.” The government brushed off the protests, but farmers across Europe are continuing their efforts.
7. FARMERS PROTEST IN SPAIN: Farmers in Spain staged a massive protest to express their outrage over the green policies of the EU. The Gateway Pundit said police used violence with the protestors, and livestock farmer Silvia Ruiz stated, “It is impossible to live from the rural industry, which is what we want, to live from our work. That is all we ask for.”
8. ALBERTA PREMIER SUPPORTS BANNING ELECTRONIC VOTING: Alberta Premier Danielle Smith expressed support for banning electronic voting machines. Computer programmer Clinton Eugene Curtis warned, “Don’t use machines. There are too many ways to hack them. You can hack them at the level that I did when you first built them, you can hack them from the outside, you can hack them with programs that load themselves on the side. It’s impossible to secure them.”
9. BRITISH POLITICIANS OPPOSE CONVERSION THERAPY BAN: In a win for religious liberty, British politicians opposed a bill that would ban so-called “conversion therapy.” The committee voted against the bill 29-15, and it will be considered before the full House at a later time. Public Policy Researcher Dr. Carys Moseley wrote, “We have a major opportunity to shape the public debate on banning conversion therapy in the coming weeks and months ahead. Let’s make sure we make the best of this.”
10. TENNESSEE GOVERNOR PROTECTS RELIGIOUS LIBERTY: Republican Governor Bill Lee signed a bill allowing public officials not to “solemnize a marriage” if doing so violated their conscience. According to The Hill, “The bill does not allow officials to deny marriage licenses to couples based on their beliefs but prevents officials from being required to solemnize a marriage.”
11. BIOLOGY PROFESSOR REINSTATED: Dr. Johnson Varkey, a biology professor at St. Philip’s College, was reinstated to his position after being fired for sharing the truth about biological gender. Varkey sued St. Philip’s with the help of First Liberty Institute, and the organization responded to the ruling, stating, “The parties reached a favorable settlement, which, among other provisions, guarantees that Dr. Varkey will be back in the classroom by fall 2024.”

STATES WORK TO PROTECT CITIZEN’S INVESTMENTS: Delaware, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Wyoming are working to pass laws that would make it illegal for citizen’s stocks and investments to be “legally” seized in the case of martial law or financial collapse (aka, the “Great Taking”). Wayne Lusvardi of Lew Rockwell explained, “Such a scenario is likely to occur to suspend the 2024 national elections and assure the continuance of the ongoing Middle East and Ukrainian Proxy Wars against the world banking BRIC’s contenders to the London-New York banking syndicate.”
13. LEFTISTS FAIL TO CANCEL RUMBLE: Rumble won a victory after the left attempted to open an investigation with the SEC. Journalist Glenn Greenwald reported, “A bunch of scummy short sellers and others ideologically motivated [claimed] that Rumble was manipulating its data on views, trying to get the SEC to investigate.
