Dear Friends,
In 1776, Thomas Paine wrote, “The real man smiles in trouble, gathers strength from distress, and grows brave by reflection. Those who expect to reap the blessings of freedom must, like men, undergo the fatigue of supporting it.”
1. WEAPONIZED JUSTICE IN RUSSIA VS. U.S.: Democrats were swift to denounce Russian President Vladimir Putin after he sentenced his chief political rival Alexei Navalny to 19 years in prison. Secretary of State Antony Blinken wrote, “The United States strongly condemns Russia’s conviction of opposition leader Aleksey Navalny on politically motivated charges. The Kremlin cannot silence the truth. Navalny should be released.” However, The Federalist reports that if Biden’s chief political rival, Donald Trump, is “convicted of all counts and given the maximum sentence, he would face 641 years in prison.”
Ed. Note: Jack Posobiec says, “You’ve got so many Republicans that still think that this is the 1980s, the 1990s, and we can just go along, get along, play fair…Meanwhile, you’ve got one side that’s willing to abuse the system, that’s willing to put political opponents in jail.”
2. MORE ON THE TRUMP INDICTMENT: Following the advice of Attorney Mark Levin, Donald Trump has asked for the Supreme Court to intervene in the “barrage of weak lawsuits” against him. In another display of two-tiered justice, Julie Kelly observes, “The 2 DOJ lawyers handling the case against Trump for J6 and attempts to ‘overturn’ the 2020 election are the same DOJ lawyers who declined to prosecute Andy McCabe for lying under oath – never mind his own role in 2016 election interference.”
Law professor Jonathan Turley said, “This case, which criminally targets the sitting president’s leading opponent, is much more dangerous because it sets up the federal government as the arbiter of truth. This indictment essentially charges Trump with not accepting the ‘truth.’”…
Ed. Note: For more, read Federal Indictment of Donald Trump Is Weaponization of American Political System and Even Lies Are Protected Speech: New Trump Indictment Bulldozes the First Amendment.
3. FORMER CAPITOL POLICE CHIEF QUESTIONS JANUARY 6 NARRATIVE: A leaked unaired Tucker Carlson Fox News interview with former Capitol Hill Police Chief Steven Sund further undermines the official January 6 narrative. Sund told Carlson, “I’m not a conspiracy theorist, but when you look at the information…it sounds like they were hiding the intelligence.” Sund questioned why an estimated 18 FBI and 20 DHS agents were in the crowd and asked, “Could there possibly be actually…they kind of wanted something to happen? It’s not a far stretch to begin to think that. It’s sad when you start putting everything together and thinking about the way this played out…what was their end goal?”
In related news, House Republicans discovered that the January 6 Show Committee destroyed most of the documents from their propaganda hearings.
Ed. Note: For more, see Tucker’s latest interview with Sund.
4. FORMER PFIZER VP WARNS OF NEXT MANUFACTURED CRISIS: In a recent interview, former Pfizer Vice President Michael Yeadon warned the next manufactured crisis is “closer than ever” and will be used to increase totalitarian controls and eliminate “useless eaters.” Yeadon said, “Food and fertilizer production: it’s in the wrong place, and it’s deliberate. They’re smashing the means of manufacturing enough calories to keep 7.8 billion people alive. And where do you think that’s going to end? The answer is mass starvation, war, and a global migration – that’s what’s going to happen if you and everybody else choose to do nothing at all.”
Yeadon also predicted, “It’s not going to return to the old normal. One, that’s never their intention. So it’s not going to happen passively because there isn’t an actual phenomenon that is going to wear off. So if you comply with this tyranny, it will end with the loss of your liberty and probably your life.”
Ed. Note: For more, see last week’s episode, The Weaponization of Food.
5. SCIENTISTS PREPARE VACCINES FOR FUTURE PANDEMIC: The Porton Down laboratory complex in Wiltshire, England, is developing vaccines for a new potential pandemic. Sky News reports, “They have drawn up a threat list of animal viruses that are capable of infecting humans and could in the future spread rapidly around the world. Which of them will break through and trigger the next pandemic is unknown, which is why it’s referred to only as ‘Disease X.’”
In February 2022, Bill Gates declared, “We’ll have another pandemic. It will be a different pathogen next time.” In January 2023, former British Prime Minister Tony Blair told the World Economic Forum, “Some of the vaccines that will come down the line will be multiple shots,” and a digital infrastructure will be needed to know “who’s been vaccinated and who hasn’t been.”
6. PFIZER ADMITS STAFF WERE GIVEN SEPARATE VACCINES: In a hearing before the Australian Senate, Pfizer executives revealed that their Australian staff were given a separate batch of the Covid vaccine than that distributed to the public. The executives also claimed they did not know why vaccines were causing pericarditis and myocarditis. Journalist Kim Ivernsen responded, “The fact that they don’t know why it causes myocarditis and pericarditis is extremely alarming, because how can they then tell us confidently that these other vaccines they’re rolling out…‘don’t worry; it’s totally safe’?”
7. OHIO VOTERS REJECT ISSUE I, PAVING THE WAY FOR FALL ABORTION WIN: In an August 8 special election, Ohioans voted 57% to 43% against Issue 1, a ballot initiative that would have raised the threshold to amend Ohio’s constitution from 50% to 60%. Pro-life advocates championed the measure as a means to head off a constitutional amendment on the November ballot that would give all individuals, including minors, a “right” to unrestricted abortion and gender transitions.
Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America called the result “a sad day for Ohio and a warning for pro-life states across the nation” and noted, “Millions of dollars and liberal dark money flooded Ohio to ensure they have a path to buy their extreme policies in a pro-life state. During this crucial election, progressives funneled in millions from outside groups to mislead the people of Ohio.” Activist Josh Mercer said, “What’s right is right, regardless of the outcome of any election. We know it is our duty to keep our heads high and to march on against attacks on human dignity.”
8. IS WORLDCOIN A TRIAL FOR DIGITAL ID AND UBI? Open AI founder Sam Altman’s new Worldcoin Project is a “biometric verification tool” that identifies individuals by scanning their eyes and then offers a Worldcoin cryptocurrency bonus to participants. One user who received $54 in exchange for scanning his iris said, “(Privacy) is something that doesn’t worry me too much. In the digital era we’re living in, sharing your information is unavoidable.”
Ricardo Macieira, one of the managers behind the project, said, “I don’t think we are going to be the ones generating universal basic income. If we can do the infrastructure that allows for governments or other entities to do so, we would be very happy.” Over 2.2. million people have already signed up. Financial analyst George Gammon warns, “Looks like it’s a combination of a global digital ID, crypto currency, AI, and UBI. It’s literally not possible to create something that sounds worse.”
9. RADICAL MARXISTS ARE SOLIDIFYING CONTROL OVER DNC: The Daily Caller reports that the Democratic Socialists of America, a faction including Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez (D-NY), “is gaining steam in recent years and has been pushing the Democratic Party to the left, particularly in deep blue cities [New York City, Los Angeles, and Minneapolis], advocating for policies that even moderate Democrats disagree with.” The DSA’s website states, “For all of the working class to achieve collective liberation, we must constrain, diminish, and abolish the carceral forces of the state — from prisons and police themselves.”
Ed. Note: Goal #15 of the Communist’s 1958 goals states, “Capture one or both of the political parties in the U.S.”
10. PORTLAND JURY GIVES ANTIFA FREE PASS: A Portland jury found alleged Anitifa partners John Colin and Elizabeth Renee Richter not guilty of assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, despite compelling evidence produced during the trial. The Post Millennial reports that Hacker and Richter allegedly worked “as Antifa’s ‘doxxers,’” leading to “a series of physical beatings” of journalist Any Ngo on May 28, 2021.
The lawyer for the defense declared herself to be “Antifa” and told jurors she would “remember each one of their faces.” Right after the trial, journalist Katie Daviscourt’s car was broken into, most likely by Antifa members as “payback.” Jack Posobiec notes that Antifa threatened jurors, “The judge in the Andy Ngo trial just admitted that jurors reported Antifa was trying to dox them. A journalist was accosted by Antifa ‘inside the courthouse.’ You think they won’t threaten Trump jurors too? Understand where we are heading.”
11. MORE ELECTION FRAUD EXPOSED IN MICHIGAN: The Gateway Pundit has released a detailed exposé titled, “Massive 2020 Voter Fraud Uncovered in Michigan – Including Estimated ‘800,000 Ballot Applications Sent to Non-Qualified Voters’ – Bags of Pre-Paid Gift Cards, Guns with Silencers, Burner Phones, and a Democrat-Funded Organization with Multiple Temporary Facilities in Several States.”
Meanwhile, The Washington Post reports that Michigan election integrity investigator and former attorney general candidate Matthew Perno has been charged with tampering with voting machines. Just The News reports that six states – Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, New Mexico, and Pennsylvania – are likely to prosecute alternate Trump electors from the 2020 election.
Ed. Note: Donald Trump remarked, “Only a party that cheats in elections would make it illegal to question those elections. They don’t go after the people that rig the election. They only go after the people that want to find out whatever happened. It’s a disgrace.”
12. DESANTIS CLAIMS BIDEN WON 2020 ELECTION: Just one day after President Donald Trump was indicted for challenging the fraudulent 2020 election, Florida Governor and Presidential candidate Ron DeSantis told a reporter that Trump’s 2020 election fraud claims were “unsubstantiated” and “all those theories that were put out did not prove to be true.”
Several days later, DeSantis doubled down in an NBC interview. DeSantis correctly noted that 2020 was not “a good-run election” and called out Trump for embracing lockdowns and funding $400 million to mail-in ballots through the $2.2 trillion CARES Act. But DeSantis claimed, “No, of course he [Trump] lost. Joe Biden’s the president.”
Ed. Note: The proof of fraud is extensive, and 7 in 10 Republican voters believe the 2020 election was stolen. John Daniel Davidson writes, “The plain truth is that no issue is more important for DeSantis (and the entire GOP field) than the 2020 election.”
13. LEFTIST CHILD ABUSE: Live Action reports, “According to at least three studies, Planned Parenthood is one of the most common clinical settings to which sex traffickers bring their victims. Traffickers take the women and girls they abuse to Planned Parenthood because, according to the survivors, Planned Parenthood does not ask questions.”
Charlotte Pride has awarded its 2023 Harvey Milk award to a convicted sex offender. U.S. District Judge Michael Newman upheld an Ohio school district policy allowing boys to use girls’ bathrooms and vice versa. Newman argued that parents do not have a “constitutional right to revoke a school’s policy on student bathroom usage.”
14. POLITICAL VIOLENCE: The FBI shockingly shot and killed a Utah man in a pre-dawn raid after he posted online threats to Joe Biden. His friends responded, “He could not get out of a chair without his cane or walking stick. He was not a very mobile guy. It’s utterly laughable. He was simply not physically capable of executing these threats.”
Conservative and anti-corruption Ecuadorian presidential candidate Fernando Villavicencio was shot and killed just days before the country’s presidential election. Dennis Kucinich, campaign manager for Democratic Presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., responded with a renewed demand for the Biden administration to give RFK Jr. Secret Service protection. Kucinich said, “The killing of Mr. Villavicencio proves how volatile the political climate has become.”
15. ATTACKS ON FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS: The White House has purged 442 reporters over the last three months under the White House’s new press credentials. Brazil’s leftist Supreme Court has ordered social media companies to suspend YouTuber Bruno “Monark” Aiub, known as the “Brazilian Joe Rogan.” The order follows Bruno’s criticism of Brazil’s electronic voting machines.
Tennessee Republican Governor Bill Lee has called a special session to attempt to pass radical gun controls legisation. Pastor Chuck Baldwin warns, “If enacted, the Tennessee Red Flag gun confiscation law would be the most hideous abridgment of the Second Amendment to date. It would open a gun confiscation Pandora’s box that would engulf the entire country.”
16. NOTEWORTHY STORIES:
- Rep. James Comer (R-KY) released a memo detailing over $20 million in foreign payments from Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan to the Biden family.
- Human Events reports, “Only 24 percent of eighth graders in New York public schools are grade-level proficient in math.”

FAITH, FAMILY, & FREEDOM REPORT
1. GUN OWNERSHIP CONTINUES TO SURGE: The National Shooting Sports Foundation revealed Americans have continued to buy guns at an astonishing rate, with over one million firearms purchased every month for 48 months straight. The New American reported, “Despite every effort to infringe on the precious God-given right to self-defense enshrined in the Second Amendment, the Deep State-controlled central government simply cannot impose its ultimate will on the American people.”
2. WHISTLEBLOWERS RECEIVE FUNDING: Empower Oversight Whistleblowers & Research, a non-profit organization, set up a fund for people to donate to whistleblowers. Jason Foster, the group’s founder, stated, “Whether you’re FBI or IRS – there are special challenges in representing those folks [whistleblowers]. Especially when you have people threatening to criminally prosecute them, or you have the Justice Department using its security clearance authorities to retaliate against them.”
3. CHIP ROY FIGHTS AGAINST CORRUPT DOJ AND DHS: Congressman Chip Roy (R-TX) took a clear stance against the corrupt Biden regime, saying, “I will not vote for a continuing resolution or any funding for DHS or DOJ if we don’t get changes to both… This country wants their country back. They want to believe in America again. They want to actually know the rule of law is being enforced.”
4. DESANTIS FIRES WOKE SOROS PROSECUTOR: Governor Ron Desantis (R) stated he was firing state attorney Monique Worrel for “dereliction of duty and incompetence.” Desantis tapped Judge Andrew Bain to replace Worrel. Reasons for Worrel’s dismissal include “Avoiding Minimum Mandatory Sentences for Gun Crimes, Drug Trafficking Offenses…[and] Limiting Charges for Child Pornography.”
5. RFK JR. SUES SOCIAL MEDIA COMPANIES: Robert Kennedy Jr. filed a lawsuit against Google and YouTube for their efforts to censor him and others. His complaint states, “YouTube operates as a public forum, the digital equivalent of a town square. As such, it cannot remove protected speech, especially political speech, based on its viewpoint.” Children’s Health Defense states, “Kennedy is seeking injunctive relief to prohibit YouTube from further censoring his speech.”
6. LIBERTY VILLAGE BEING BUILT: St. George, Utah, will soon boast a new 32-acre “Liberty Village,” teaching young children about America’s heritage and combatting the left’s view on history. Dennis Leavitt, chief executive officer of United We Pledge, stated, “Youth today are in the middle of an educational firestorm…[we want to] light a fire in youth that causes them to become better Americans.” The village will open on July 4, 2026.
7. LIBRARY ALLOWS CAMERON AND GAINES TO READ THEIR BOOKS: The Madison County Library in Huntsville, Alabama, agreed to let Kirk Cameron and Riley Gaines read their children’s books after previously barring the scheduled readings. Before the reversal, Jeremy Dys of First Liberty Institute sent a letter to the library advising them to back down or face legal challenges, stating, “Should you refuse, we are prepared to vindicate this violation of our client’s civil rights in court.”
8. FLORIDA BANS ADVANCED PLACEMENT PSYCHOLOGY: Florida banned the Advanced Placement Psychology course over its gender and sexuality content, which the state has prohibited from being taught in the school system. Just The News reports, “The state would permit…teaching the AP course provided they excluded the sections on gender and sexuality. The College Board, however, has indicated that it would not offer credit for the course should districts opt to do so.”
9. VIRGINIA REDUCES GOVERNMENTAL POWER: The Daily Signal reports Virginia has made many regulatory reforms and is “poised to have some of the strongest administrative accountability policies of any state in the union…The reforms undertaken by Youngkin and Virginia’s Office of Regulatory Management are a promising start to rein in the regulatory overreach that continues to hamper Americans’ access to the good life.”
10. AMERICA FIRST LEGAL SUES TARGET: America First Legal sued Target over its “false statements about its political/social risk monitoring.” According to AFL, “Behind closed doors, Target works for its extremist hard-left ‘stakeholders’ at the expense of its customers and shareholders…For far too long, large corporations have recklessly pandered to the left and ‘bent the knee’ to serve the woke elites.”
11. CHILE EXPANDS HOMESCHOOLING FREEDOM: Chile greatly expanded freedom of choice in schooling after the Court of Appeals for San Miguel ruled parents could apply for foreign-based homeschooling programs. The country had previously barred José Antonio Aldunate from applying for university as it did not recognize his homeschool diploma. The father of Jose Antonio, Felipe Aldunate, stated, “Parents are the first authority for the education of their children, and in raising our children, our desire has been to provide them with the best formation and opportunities available to us.”
12. SOUTHWEST LAWYERS REQUIRED TO TAKE RELIGIOUS TRAINING: U.S. District Judge Brantley Starr ruled that three Southwest Airlines attorneys must take an eight-hour religious liberty training from Alliance Defending Freedom after they “did not follow his orders to notify employees of their rights against religious discrimination.” Judge Starr wrote, “In the universe we live in – the one where words mean something – Southwest’s notice didn’t come close to complying with the Court’s order.”
13. MASSACHUSETTS OFFICERS GIVEN BACK THEIR JOBS: Seven Massachusetts officers were given their jobs back after being fired for refusing to take the Covid shot. HYMN OF THE WEEK
The Solid Rock by Edward Mote
My hope is built on nothing less
Than Jesus’ blood and righteousness!
I dare not trust the sweetest frame,
But wholly lean on Jesus’ name.
On Christ, the solid Rock, I stand!
All other ground is sinking sand;
All other ground is sinking sand!
When darkness veils His lovely face,
I rest on His unchanging grace.
In every high and stormy gale,
My anchor holds within the veil!
His oath, His covenant, His blood
Support me in the whelming flood!
When all around my soul gives way,
He then is all my hope and stay.
When He shall come with trumpet sound,
Oh, may I then in Him be found;
Dressed in His righteousness alone,
Faultless to stand before the throne!
On Christ, the solid Rock, I stand!
All other ground is sinking sand;
All other ground is sinking sand!
