1. DANIEL PENNY NOT GUILTY: On Monday, a Manhattan jury acquitted 26-year-old Marine veteran Daniel Penny of criminally negligent homicide in the case of Jordan Neely. The verdict came after the prosecution dismissed a manslaughter charge on Friday.
As the jury deliberated, the mob outside the courthouse chanted, “Daniel Penny, subway strangler,” “Justice for Jordan Neely,” and “If we don’t get no justice, they don’t get no peace.”
Following the verdict, Black Lives Matter co-founder Hawk Newsome shouted, “We need some black vigilantes. People wanna jump up and choke us and kill us for being loud? How about we do the same?”
Law Professor Jonathan Turley commented, “Bragg was clearly appealing to the same people raging against the verdict outside the courthouse. However, behind that group is the rest of New York. This jury was New York, and the verdict is an indictment of Alvin Bragg.”
Christopher Rufo observed, “Americans are finished with the failed regime of the Left. The past four years have clarified what ‘social justice’ really means and exhausted all remaining patience for granting activists the benefit of the doubt. The extraordinary shamelessness of Jordan Neely’s father in launching a civil suit against Penny over the death of a son he didn’t raise exemplifies the moral emptiness that was formerly, by many, mistaken for social justice. In reality, ‘social justice’ was never about justice: it was about the political subversion of justice to achieve pathological and ideological ends.”
In his first interview since the verdict, Penny said, “I’ll take a million court appearances and people calling me names and people hating me, just to keep one of those people from getting hurt or killed.”
2. TRUMP NAMED TIME PERSON OF THE YEAR: Time magazine named Donald Trump as “Person of the Year,” the second time Trump was recognized (the first was in 2016).
From the article: “Trump’s political rebirth is unparalleled in American history. His first term ended in disgrace, with his attempts to overturn the 2020 election results culminating in the attack on the U.S. Capitol. He was shunned by most party officials when he announced his candidacy in late 2022 amid multiple criminal investigations. Time credited Trump with “tapping into a growing sense that the system was rigged.” The article explained Trump’s shifting position on abortion, the role of Don Jr. in securing Robert F. Kennedy’s endorsement, Trump’s embrace of early voting, his successful framing of Kamala Harris as a far-left radical, and Trump’s second-term agenda.
When asked, “Will you separate the families of illegals?” Trump responded, “I don’t believe we’ll have to, because we will send the whole family back to the country.”
Trump promised to pardon most of the January 6 political prisoners, stating, “It’s going to start in the first hour. Maybe the first nine minutes.”

3. UNITEDHEALTHCARE CEO SHOOTER APPREHENDED: On Monday, police apprehended 26-year-old Luigi Mangione, the suspect in the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, while he was eating at a McDonald’s in Altoona, Pennsylvania.
Investigators said they matched Mangione’s 3-printed pistol to shell casings from the crime scene, along with fingerprints. However, the suspect suggested he was being framed, claiming that the $8,000 in cash and $2,000 in foreign currency found were planted.
Some suggested that Mangione held grudges against the medical industry for its treatment of a sick relative, along with a recent back surgery that left four pins in his spine. His short manifesto blasted the medical system and included these words, “These parasites had it coming.”
Mangione was an Ivy League graduate and the valedictorian of a prestigious Baltimore prep school and previously wrote a review of the “Unabomber” Ted Kaczynski’s manifesto.
Shadow of Ezra wrote, “Luigi Mangione seemed to have it all before vanishing from his social circle. An heir to a prominent resort chain, he came from a wealthy family with no criminal record, no red flags, and a polished, photogenic presence on social media. Known for his high IQ, he secured internships and appeared destined for success. Was he subjected to MKUltra techniques and SRA programming, developing multiple personalities allegedly triggered to perform specific actions or assassinations?”
Attorney Rogan O’Handley reacted, “Kinda crazy how we know more about the United Healthcare CEO assassin after 5 days than we know about Trump’s PA assassin after 5 months.”
4. LEFTISTS CELEBRATE CEO’S DEATH: The Federalist’s Sean Davis noted that rather than launching another gun control crusade, leftists “openly celebrated the murder and have spent the last week defending gun violence against people they hate.”
Former Washington Post reporter Taylor Lorenz said she felt “joy,” along with “many other Americans.” Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) said, “Violence is never the answer, but people can be pushed only so far.”
Former State Department Cyber official Mike Benz tweeted, “The same people cheering the murder of the head of UnitedHealth because you have to challenge the medical establishment were the same people wanting you dead for criticizing Pfizer because you can’t challenge the medical establishment.”
5. WRAY STEPS DOWN FROM FBI: Christopher Wray is stepping down as FBI Director, ahead of the expected confirmation of Kash Patel to lead the agency.
Under Wray’s watch, the FBI raided Mar-A-Lago, censored the Hunter Biden laptop, locked up peaceful January 6 protestors, “failed” to discover the identity of the January 6 pipe bomber, raided pro-life activists, concocted the Gretchen Whitmer kidnapping hoax, covered up the Biden family’s corrupt foreign business deals, threatened parents for speaking up at school board meetings, spied on Catholic masses, and suppressed the manifesto of the transgender Nashville shooter.
Donald Trump stated, “The resignation of Christopher Wray is a great day for America as it will end the Weaponization of what has become known as the United States Department of Injustice.”

6. TOP ELECTION INTEGRITY ATTORNEY TO BE ASSISTANT AG: Donald Trump has nominated Harmeet Dhillon as the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights at the Department of Justice.
Dhillon previously represented pro-life journalist David Daleiden against Planned Parenthood, former Google senior software engineer James Damore against Google, journalist Andy Ngo against Rose City Antifa, and numerous Americans against California’s COVID-19 pandemic orders. Dhillon is currently suing Kaiser Permanente for its medical abuse of detransitioner Chloe Cole.
Most recently, Dhillon led the GOP’s election integrity unit in Arizona and helped stop Democrats from stealing a Senate seat in Pennsylvania. Constitutional attorney Robert Barnes hailed the nomination, stating, “Civil Rights will be key to restoring election confidence and ending lawfare.”
7. IS THE NEW BATTLE THE SWAMP VS. FREEDOM LOVERS? On Thursday, Andy Roth, President of the State Freedom Caucus Network, noted that the Democratic Party “is in shambles” following their November rout. However, he warned, “If the Democrats double down on their stupid policies, that means ambitious liberals will infiltrate the GOP in bigger numbers. This has happened for decades…”
Roth advised, “That is why we MUST reframe our thinking to focus not on R vs. D, but on the Swamp vs. Freedom Lovers. The next time you say to yourself, ‘Well, at least s/he is a Republican,’ catch yourself and instead say, ‘Is this person part of the Swamp or not?’ And then act and vote accordingly. Do this at the local level, state level, and the national level. This is how we win.”
8. ASSAD’S ISLAMIC SYRIAN REGIME TOPPLED BY ISLAMIC TERRORISTS: On Sunday, Syrian President Bashar al-Assad fled to Russia after Islamic rebels led by former Al Qaeda and ISIS associate Abu Mohammed al-Golani stormed Damascus. Joe Biden lauded the development, but President Donald Trump urged, “This is not our fight.”
Biden is now seeking to remove al-Golani’s group, Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), from the terror watch list. This comes as the U.S. government still has a $10 million reward for capturing al-Golani.
CNN released an article titled “How Syria’s Rebel Leader Went From Radical Jihadist to a Blazer-Wearing ‘Revolutionary.’”
Independent journalist Glenn Greenwald explained, “The narrative, the videos, everything we’re being shown in the wake of what happened in Syria is identical to what we were shown in the wake of Iraq, Syria, Libya, Afghanistan, and Ukraine. People who now understand what was done then should have no problem applying those lessons to what’s taking place now.”
Historian Miles Smith IV warned, “Syrian Christians represented over 10% of the country’s population in 2011; it’s down to 2% now. I fear we’re going to see another de-facto extinction of our co-religionists in places they’ve lived for two millennia.” Geopolitical analyst Brandon Weichert lamented, “We are about to see the biggest bloodletting of Christians in Syria that we’ve ever seen.”
In Damascus, Syrian actress Iliana Saad and a group of her friends were stopped at a rebel checkpoint and ordered, “You are too ‘free,’ we are now in an Islamic state. Women cannot be outside the house alone without a mahram.”
Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) cautioned, “We have 900 soldiers [in Syria]. 900 soldiers isn’t enough to organize a parade…they become targets, not a deterrent. If some of them are killed, and I hope this doesn’t happen, then all of a sudden, maybe we are dragged into the middle of a civil war where there are no good people on either side.”

ROMANIA CANCELS “DEMOCRACY”: The globalist Constitutional Court of Romania canceled the country’s first-round election results, alleging “Russian interference,” after anti-NATO populist Călin Georgescu won with 23% of the vote. The move came just days before the scheduled runoff election between Georgescu and Elena Lasconi.
Georgescu warned, “If Romanian democracy falls, the entire world democratic system is at risk. Romania is part of EU, NATO, and is one of the most important allies of the U.S. in Eastern Europe. If the international community just stays indifferent and enjoys the horrible political show that is playing now in Romania, this will lead to an international legal precedent where a constitutional court will take the power of the vote from the people and give it always to the politicians…”
The Balkan noted, “There is reason to suspect that the U.S. Embassy weighed in on the decision to cancel the election when it appeared that Lasconi was likely to lose to the anti-globalist candidate Georgescu.”
Charlie Kirk stated, “The left doesn’t believe in elections, a phenomenon that is worldwide. They just believe in their own power, and call that ‘democracy.’”
10. TUCKER CARLSON INTERVIEWS ROGER VER: Roger Ver is a Bitcoin trailblazer who faces a 109-year prison sentence for the “crime” of not paying enough taxes when he renounced his U.S. citizenship, despite paying the amount suggested by his tax experts.
Tucker Carlson said, “This lawfare isn’t really about taxes. It’s about control. Ver has long challenged both permanent Washington and centralized finance, and they hate him for it. They see him as a threat.”

11. NEW YORK TIMES FINALLY ADMITS TO THE IMMIGRATION INVASION: The New York Times admitted, “The immigration surge of the past few years has been the largest in U.S. history… the Biden administration’s policy appears to have been the biggest factor.” The NYT wrote:
- “Even after taking into account today’s larger U.S. population, the recent surge is the most rapid since at least 1850.”
- “About 60% of immigrants who have entered the country since 2021 have done so without legal authorization.”

12. WHAT’S BEHIND THE DRONE SIGHTINGS IN NEW JERSEY? Mysterious car-sized drones have been sighted above the skies of New Jersey. On Wednesday, Rep. Jeff Van Drew (R-NJ) suggested the drones came from an Iranian “mothership” off the coast and called for the drones to be “shot down.” On Thursday, White House national security communications adviser John Kirby claimed, “We have no evidence at this time that the reported drone sightings pose a national security or a public safety threat, or have a foreign nexus… Upon review of available imagery, it appears that many of the reported sightings are actually manned aircraft that are being operated lawfully.”
New Jersey drone expert Hayley Connelly stated, “It’s gotta be military or some sort of government entity.”
Donald Trump responded, “Mystery Drone sightings all over the Country. Can this really be happening without our government’s knowledge. I don’t think so! Let the public know, and now. Otherwise, shoot them down!!!”

1. ABORTIONS DOWN 98% IN INDIANA: The state of Indiana has seen a 98% drop in abortions in the past year since passing its strong pro-life law. Life Site News reported, “While the law includes exceptions, pro-lifers stress that a baby’s inherent human dignity and right to life does not come from the circumstances of his or her conception. Direct abortion is never medically necessary, as medical experts have also attested.”
2. ARGENTINA REPORTS NO DEFICIT: Argentinian President Javier Milei announced, “The deficit was the root of all our evils – without it, there’s no debt, no emission, no inflation. Today, we have a sustained fiscal surplus, free of default, for the first time in 123 years. This historic achievement came from the greatest adjustment in history and reducing monetary emission to zero. A year ago, a degenerate printed 13% of GDP to win an election, fueling inflation. Today, monetary emission is a thing of the past.”
3. ALBERTA BANS GENDER SURGERIES FOR MINORS: The Alberta legislature voted 47-33 to ban transgender mutilation surgeries for minors. Alberta Premier Danielle Smith has stressed it is “important that all youth can enter adulthood equipped to make adult decisions. In order to do that, we need to preserve their ability to make those decisions, and that’s what we’re doing.” The Alberta Legislature also banned men from competing in women’s sports.
4. UK BANS PUBERTY BLOCKERS FOR MINORS: The UK is banning puberty blockers for all minors across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Lara Brown of the Policy Exchange celebrated, “There remains a great deal more to be done to implement the recommendations of the Cass Review and to row back the tide of gender ideology in our institutions, but this is a brave and important call.”
5. RFK JR. TO INVESTIGATE LINKS BETWEEN VACCINES AND AUTISM: President Donald Trump has tasked Robert F. Kennedy Jr. with investigating the links between vaccines and autism. Trump stated, “If you take a look at autism, you go back 25 years. Autism was almost nonexistent. It was, you know, one out of 100,000, and now it’s close to one out of 100. Something is going on… People are looking at a lot of different things. I want them to look at everything.”
6. BOYCOTT ON KELLOGG’S GAINS STEAM: Fruit Loop sales are down over 50% in the U.S. over the past twelve weeks after it was revealed that Kellogg’s had not removed artificial ingredients from their cereals in the U.S. Vani Hari, known as the “Food Babe,” wrote, “American companies cannot continue poisoning us with artificial ingredients they don’t use in other countries, or they will go bankrupt! RIP Froot Loops.”
7. TEEN SUES BIG FOOD COMPANIES: A Pennsylvania teen is suing 11 major food companies, claiming they produced food that caused addiction, Type 2 diabetes, and Fatty Liver Disease. The companies the teen is suing include Coca-Cola, General Mills, Kraft Heinz, Nestle USA, and WK Kellogg Co. This type of lawsuit is reportedly the first of its kind.
8. TEXAS TAKES ACTION AGAINST “FOREVER CHEMICALS”: Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) is targeting companies that marketed products as “safe” while containing “forever chemicals.” Paxton explained, “These companies knew for decades that PFAS chemicals could cause serious harm to human health, yet continued to advertise them as safe for household use around families and children. Texas is taking action to penalize these companies and hold them accountable for deceiving Texans into buying consumer products without vital information.”
9. KEY CENSORSHIP HUB TO SHUT DOWN: America First Legal reported that the draconian Global Engagement Center would be shutting down. AFL stated, “Through litigation and oversight, AFL exposed how the GEC operated as a state-sponsored propaganda machine and leveraged private corporations to manipulate public opinion in the U.S. and across the globe. This is a critical victory in the fight against the federal government’s censorship-industrial complex.”
10. NYC MAYOR SPEAKS IN FAVOR OF DEPORTATIONS: When asked if his city would cooperate with ICE in deporting illegal aliens, Democrat mayor Eric Adams declared, “I would love to sit down with the border czar and hear his thoughts… I am going to protect the people of this city. If you come into this city…and harm our citizens…this is not the mayor you want to be in the city under.”

DEFEAT FOR BIDEN’S ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION AGENDA: Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) scored yet another win against the Biden Administration’s illegal immigration agenda, writing, “We have secured a preliminary injunction and nationwide stay STOPPING the Biden Administration’s illegal attempt to grant nearly 147,000 DACA recipients publicly funded health insurance coverage. Today, we prevented yet another attempt by the Biden Administration to…put illegal aliens ahead of American citizens.”
12. INFOWARS NOT ACQUIRED BY FAR-LEFT GROUP ONION: Bankruptcy Judge Christopher Lopez ruled that The Onion could not buy InfoWars, after it was revealed that the bidding process was rigged. Judge Lopez stated, “I’m going to not approve the sale to the purchaser. I think there’s a great lack of clarity here.” Mainstream media had announced that Infowars had been sold before the judge made his final decision.

BILL INTRODUCED TO BAN TRANSGENDER SURGERIES NATIONALLY: Kansas Senator Roger Marshall (R) introduced the “Safeguarding The Overall Protection of Minors Act,” a bill designed to ban transgender mutilation surgeries and puberty blockers for minors across the nation. Marshall said, “Americans resoundingly rejected the Left’s dangerous transgender agenda. Let’s call it exactly what it is: child abuse. The days of demented doctors and activists getting rich off of mutilating, sterilizing, and castrating children are over.”
15. NATIVITY SCENE DISPLAYED AT CAPITOL: A Christian nativity scene was displayed at the U.S. Capitol for the first time ever. Reverend Patrick Mahoney, who led the “Christmas Carols and Nativity Display” at the Capitol, exclaimed, “We are so very thankful for the opportunity to share the joyful and powerful message of Christmas at the steps of the United States Capitol.”
