1. CONGRESS ONCE AGAIN BETRAYS CONSTITUTION AND VOTERS: The U.S. Senate voted 60-34 to reauthorize and expand FISA’s Section 702 warrantless spying powers. Additionally, the U.S. House and Senate overwhelmingly passed a $95 billion foreign aid package for Ukraine, Taiwan, Israel, and Gaza (Hamas), along with a potential TikTok ban.
Journalist Michael Tracey assessed, “This was the most disturbing legislative process I’ve seen in 15+ years of covering US politics. A threshold has been crossed. The U.S. just made an enormous down-payment on global war across at least three geographic theaters. And imposed radical government control of the internet.”
Ironically, the Ukraine package included $300 million for Ukraine’s Border Patrol, but not one penny for the Southern border. Economist Richard Stern calculated that the new Ukraine aid will cost over $1,300 per American household. While staunch conservatives were furious with Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA), CNN praised Johnson as “an unlikely Churchill.”
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) said, “The #1 issue that our voters wanted them to address is the southern border and the massive influx of foreigners by the millions coming into this country…and they basically just surrendered on the border…we’re doing more in Florida to deal with it than Congress is.”
Ron Paul minced no words: “Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer is reported to have bragged to his colleagues about how easily Speaker Johnson gave Democrats everything they wanted and asked for nothing in return. In the worst example of bipartisanship, Johnson reached across the aisle, stiffed the Republican majority that elected him speaker, and pushed through a massive gift to the warfare corporate welfare state…”
2. TRANS SHOOTING THWARTED: 18-year-old Andrea Ye, who identifies as “Alex,” was caught by police before she could carry out a mass shooting at her Maryland high school. Police apprehended Ye after obtaining a 129-page manifesto describing how she would carry out the attack.
From the manifesto: “I pace around my room like an evil mastermind…I picture the news stories. Deranged killer slays 17. There were no signs, says family and school. Twenty dead, fifteen injured at Rockville school. I plan on shooting myself once the police get there, so I will never be able to see the news stories. I am pretty scared…”
Ed. Note: It’s been over one year since transgender Audrey Hale tragically shot up Nashville’s Covenant School. The Gateway Pundit notes, “Lately, there has been a plethora of examples of violence or attempted violence from radicalized members of the transgender community…”
3. PRO-LIFER PREPARES TO POTENTIALLY DIE IN PRISON: At almost 89 years old, Eva Edl faces up to 11 years in prison and a $350,000 fine for the “crime” of peacefully praying and protesting outside an abortion clinic. Edl recently shared her story of surviving a Communist death camp in Yugoslavia as a child and later becoming a pro-life activist after coming to the United States. Edl related, “When I was indicted, I began to prepare to die there. Right now, I am ambivalent…There’s no guarantee that I survive it.”
She further stated, “I feel very strongly, because of my background, that human life is sacred. Government does not have the authority to permit what God forbids. And murder is forbidden by God.”
4. WAR ON SMALL MEAT PROCESSORS: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) rolled out a new rule to further regulate thousands of small meat processors under the “Clean Air Act.” Tracey Barton of the Kansas Natural Resource Coalition warned, “The proposed EPA rule will require costly upgrades for meat processing facilities. The anticipated cost is $300,000-$400,000 for the initial upgrade, with annual maintenance fees of $100,000. In Kansas, many small meat processors are unable to sustain these costs and will be forced to close their doors. For the facilities that are able to sustain the increase in capital, the costs will be passed onto farmers/ranchers as well as consumers, driving meat prices, which are at an all-time high, even higher.”
Dr. Robert Malone called the rule “a direct attack on the buy local foods movement” and warned, “If local meat producers no longer have a nearby facility to process the meat, they will no longer be able to provide their product direct to the customer at food markets or online.”
Ed. Note: The World Economic Forum wants you to “own nothing” (goal #1) and to “eat much less meat” (goal #5). They want to destroy the middle class and small businesses so that Big Government and Big Business control everything.
5. BIDEN REGIME EXPANDS GREEN TYRANNY ON EARTH DAY: Joe Biden announced $7 billion in federal grants for solar power during his Earth Day speech, and the Biden administration announced it would restrict 13 million acres in Alaska from oil exploration.
The EPA released a new recommended emissions standard for 50% of all new heavy-duty vehicles to be emission-free by 2032. The Daily Signal noted, “As new trucks become less practical due to government’s stringent emission standards, businesses will be incentivized to continue driving older, less safe vehicles. The EPA rule also will contribute to inflation by raising the cost of everything delivered by truck.”
Ed. Note: Soviet dictator Vladimir Lenin was the first radical environmentalist, as he used environmentalism to lock up Russia’s resources for the state. Notably, the first Earth Day was celebrated on his 100th birthday. Former Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev, who became an “environmental activist” directly after the “collapse” of the Soviet Union, once said, “The ecological crisis, in short, is the population crisis. Cut the population by 90%, and there aren’t enough people left to do a great deal of ecological damage.”
6. DEMS WEAPONIZE JUSTICE IN ARIZONA: Democrat Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes led a grand jury to indict 18 individuals for alleged election subversion for supporting the “alternate elector” plan following the 2020 election. Defendants included Arizona Republican Party Chairwoman Kelli Ward, Chief Operating Officer of Turning Point Action Tyler Bowyer, Former Trump White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, and attorneys Rudy Giuliani, Jenna Ellis, John Eastman, and Christina Bobb. Attorney Mike Davis noted that Mayes, who only “won” by 280 votes, “unquestionably stole her 2022 election by disenfranchising voters on Election Day.”
Turning Point CEO and Arizona resident Charlie Kirk cited the historical precedent for “alternate electors” in the 1960 Kennedy vs. Nixon election and wrote, “These indictments, and this entire investigation, are a sinister effort to criminalize pursuing all legal and constitutional avenues for contesting a disputed election. AG Mayes and her national Democrat handlers want to criminalize and punish political dissent. Democrats have once again turned the justice system into their weapon for targeting political opponents…”
7. MORE COLLUSION CONFIRMED IN TRUMP CASE: Judge Aileen Cannon released unredacted classified documents revealing how the Biden regime, the DOJ, and special counsel Jack Smith colluded in the “classified documents” case. InfoWars summarizes, “The documents…show the convoluted effort by Biden’s DOJ in conjunction with NARA’s National Archivist David Ferriero to halt normal negotiations with Trump’s team and instead launch an unprecedented criminal investigation.”
8. ELECTION FRAUD NEWS: The Gateway Pundit reports, “Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs on Tuesday vetoed legislation that would define residency in Arizona and require proof of residency, such as a home rental agreement or ownership, to vote in the state’s elections. Hobbs stole the 2022 election for Governor from Kari Lake, and she is getting ready to rig the 2024 election for Joe Biden.”
TPG Communications, the parent company of The Gateway Pundit, announced it has filed for bankruptcy protection in Florida “as a result of the progressive liberal lawfare attacks against our media outlet,” for its reporting on 2020 election fraud.
Just The News reports, “Over the last few months, Democratic governors in Arizona, North Carolina, and Wisconsin have vetoed legislation that Republican-led state legislatures passed to help secure elections…”
9. BIDEN REGIME ATTACKS CHRISTIAN HIGHER EDUCATION: Last year, the federal government fined Grand Canyon University (GCU), America’s largest Christian university, $37.7 million for allegedly lying to students “about the cost of its programs.” The government also fined Liberty University, America’s second-largest Christian university, $37 million for allegedly “underreporting” crimes.
At a recent House Appropriations Committee hearing, Education Secretary Miguel Cardona alluded to GCU and other “predatory schools” and said, “We are cracking down on them, not only to shut them down, but to send a message across the country that you cannot prey on our students and expect to be successful.”
American Principles Project Policy Director Jon Schweppe responded, “The federal government’s education agenda is punishing schools that do not conform to their progressive ideology. It’s time we take a stand against this egregious abuse of power.”
10. PRO-HAMAS PROTESTS RAMP UP ON UNIVERSITIES: Anti-semitic protests have rocked cities and college campuses, including Columbia University, Harvard University, Yale University, and Ohio State University, with over 500 protestors arrested thus far. Zero Hedge reported, “Students, and or perhaps a mix of professional protesters funded by radical leftist groups and dirty Gulf money, are storming campuses and setting up encampments. This is likely a coordinated effort nationwide as other pro-Palestinian demonstrators have been busy shutting down critical infrastructure across the country, such as airport terminals, bridges, and other chokepoints that could disrupt the economy.”
At a pro-Palestinian rally in New York City’s Washington Square Park, protestors shouted, “There is only one solution: Intifada revolution!” Breitbart reports, “Hundreds of anti-Israel protesters gathered outside of Sen. Chuck Schumer’s (D-NY) home in Brooklyn, calling for the United States to ‘stop arming Israel.’”
11. SURVEILLANCE NETWORK EXPANDS: Tech researcher Luis Quintero reports that “wearable devices…such as smart watches gather an array of measurements on your wellbeing, such as sleep patterns, activity levels, and heart fitness.” Quintero notes, “Although it may seem futuristic, hardware manufacturers are already trying to move screens and devices out of our hands. For example, the Mobile World Congress 2024 showcased several smartwatches, an AI ‘pin’ device made by the company Humane that can remove the need for a screen by projecting images onto the user’s hands, or the Air Glass 3 XR smart glasses…A device known as the Galea project is a kind of helmet that can be attached to XR headsets to capture data from facial muscles, the brain, eyes, the skin, and heart.”

Note: Technocracy expert Patrick Wood warns that wearables, combined with Google and Apple’s Bluetooth mesh networks between devices and Artificial Intelligence, could be used to implement contact tracing during a future pandemic, “documenting every person you have exposed and everyone you have been exposed to…”
12. ECONOMIC UPDATES: IRS Commissioner Danny Werfel announced that the department plans to use Artificial Intelligence increasingly in the future, thanks to new funding through Biden’s “Inflation Reduction Act.” But The Epoch Times reports, “The IRS announcement…has raised concerns among cyber experts that without proper oversight, the new technology could be weaponized against conservative groups.”
The U.S. Government Accountability Office called the U.S. government’s deficit spending “unsustainable” and a grave threat to America’s national and economic security. Zero Hedge reports, “While the increase in the gold price has reached nominal highs, it and the price of silver have not passed their all-time 1980 highs in real terms. Adjusted for inflation, gold would have to rise to about $3590 an ounce, while silver would have to surpass $50 an ounce. Both are poised to exceed these watermarks in the not-too-distant future.”
Housing specialist Redfin reports, “Nearly two in five (38%) U.S. renters don’t believe they’ll ever own a home, up from roughly one-quarter (27%) less than a year ago.”
13. IMMIGRATION NEWS: The New York Post reports that record numbers of San Diego residents are purchasing guns to defend themselves, due to the surge in illegal immigration. One resident said, “I don’t think it’s just the people that are coming over to try to find work; I think we have a lot of hostile people that are coming over with ill will, ill intent that will potentially cause chaos.”
The Carolina Journal reports, “This week in Davidson County, North Carolina, 16-year-old student Christian McGhee was suspended for three days for using the term ‘illegal alien’ in class when clarifying the word ‘alien’ in a vocabulary lesson.”
A report from the House Committee on Homeland Security estimated that illegal immigrants are costing the U.S. an estimated $451 billion annually, with much of that going to healthcare. Biden is considering giving amnesty to over one million illegals via executive order, just ahead of the 2024 election.

1. SCOTLAND PAUSES PUBERTY BLOCKERS FOR MINORS: Scotland has become the latest European country to block the use of puberty blockers for minors. Not The Bee reported, “The only gender identity clinic in Scotland has paused prescribing puberty blockers to new patients under 18 years old, mirroring action taken by England’s health authorities…this is great news. The dominos of transgenderism appear to be toppling in Europe.”
2. CANADIANS PROTEST MEDIA COVERAGE OF WHO TREATY: Alberta 4 Liberty organized a protest outside of a CTV media building in Edmonton, voicing their concerns over CTV’s silence regarding the WHO pandemic treaty. The Counter Signal reported, “According to Conservative MP Leslyn Lewis, the Trudeau Government has been lobbying the World Health Organization (WHO) to change their definition of a pandemic to include climate change.”
3. TENNESSEE BANS DE-BANKING: Tennessee Governor Bill Lee (R) signed a bill that banned “discriminatory de-banking” in the state. Attorney Matt Sharp of Alliance Defending Freedom said, “[Governor] Lee and state lawmakers have taken an important step forward in protecting the fundamental freedoms of Tennesseans of every political and religious stripe.” Senate Majority Leader Jack Johnson stated, “We will not allow big corporate banks to…discriminate against consumers for their religious or political views. ”

FLORIDA SCHOOLS MUST TEACH ON COMMUNISM: Republican Governor Ron Desantis signed a bill requiring students in Florida to learn about “the dangers and evils of Communism.” Desantis declared, “We will not allow our students to live in ignorance, nor be indoctrinated by Communist apologists in schools. To the contrary, we will ensure students in Florida are taught the truth about the evils and dangers of Communism.”
5. FLORIDA PROMOTES CHRISTIANITY: Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) signed a bill authorizing schools to create volunteer chaplain programs for schools, citing the Founding Fathers. DeSantis stressed that Satanists will be excluded, stating, “Some have said that if you do a school chaplain program, that somehow you’re going to have Satanists running around in all our schools. We’re not playing those games in Florida…”
6. LIFEWISE ACADEMY TEACHES CHRISTIANITY IN SCHOOLS: Joel Penton, the CEO of LifeWise Academy, took advantage of a Supreme Court loophole that allowed for religious instruction in public schools. LifeWise Academy buses students weekly to off-campus facilities to teach them about Christianity, and the program has been greatly successful. Penton said that the “Supreme Court ruled that public school students can, in fact, be released from public school during school hours to receive religious instruction.”
7. RNC TO EMPLOY THOUSANDS OF POLL WATCHERS: Presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump and the Republican National Committee announced that they would be employing 100,000 poll watchers in the 2024 General Election. RNC Chairwoman Lara Trump stated, “Every ballot. Every precinct. Every processing center. Every county. Every battleground state. We will be there. The RNC is hiring hundreds of election integrity staff across the map – more than ever before…”
8. SUPREME COURT UPHOLDS ELECTION INTEGRITY IN TEXAS: Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) wrote on X/Twitter, “SCOTUS denied the Texas Democratic Party’s effort to expand no-excuse mail-in ballots in Texas. This ends a years-long challenge in which we successfully defended the Texas law that limits voting by mail, and the law will remain in place. Many states irresponsibly and unconstitutionally changed their voting policies prior to the 2020 election. Fortunately, we did things differently in Texas:”
9. REPUBLICANS FIGHT BIDEN ADMINISTRATION’S ILLEGAL VOTING CAMPAIGN: West Virginia Republican Secretary of State Mac Warner spoke about the illegality of the Biden Administration’s partisan get-out-the-vote efforts. Warner stated, “There is something surreptitious about the Biden administration and the lack of transparency that reveals what is going on here. The federal government is not supposed to be doing this. We need states to stand firm on this.” Warner is considering joining a lawsuit by Pennsylvania Republicans over the get-out-the-vote campaign.
10. TRUMP LAWYER VINDICATED IN COURT: Sidney Powell, former attorney for President Trump, was fully vindicated by The Fifth District of Texas Court of Appeals after the State Bar attempted disciplinary action against her. Justice Dennise Garcia stated, “The Bar employed a ‘scattershot’ approach to the case, which left this court and the trial court ‘with the task of sorting through the argument to determine what issue ha[d] actually been raised’…the Bar failed to meet its summary judgment burden.”
11. RFK JR. PLEDGES TO PROTECT THE 2ND AMENDMENT: Independent Presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. stated, “My stance on the Second Amendment is simple: I’m not going to take anyone’s guns away. I believe in the Constitution. But Americans need to work together to figure out why we have mass shootings every 21 hours…The National Institutes of Health refuses to investigate the mystery; in fact, Congress prohibits the NIH from researching the cause of mass shootings.”
12. AMERICANS OPPOSE ABORTION AFTER 12 WEEKS: A new poll conducted by Rasmussen found that 66% of Americans oppose abortion after twelve weeks of pregnancy. Matt Carpenter, Director of FRC Action, stated, “Democrat political operatives are licking their chops at the thought of a super-charged pro-abortion turnout at the polls…the reality is voters are not supportive of second and third-trimester abortions.”

13. PULITZER PRIZE WINNER CALLS OUT DEI: Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright David Mamet clearly explained the problem with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) agenda, stating, “DEI is garbage. It’s fascist totalitarianism…The [film industry] has [as] little business improving everybody’s racial understanding as does the fire department.” The Daily Wire reported, “[Mamet] also took issue with the new ‘inclusion standards’ that have been implemented…noting that for films to even be considered for awards, they had to check certain boxes according to DEI standards.”
14. ECUADOR CRACKS DOWN ON CRIME: Ecuadorian President Daniel Noboa put forth a referendum to crack down on crime in the country, which was approved by the vast majority of voters. Responding to his victory, Noboa stated, “We’ve defended the country. Now we will have more tools to fight against the delinquent and restore peace to Ecuador’s families.”
15. HUNDREDS SAVED AT FRANKLIN GRAHAM EVENT: Hundreds came to Christ at the “God Loves You” tour in Poland held by evangelist Franklin Graham. Graham responded to the turnout, saying, “Not everybody that comes forward is receiving Christ as their Savior, but many of them are coming because they want to be prayed for…the vast majority are coming forward for the first time to receive Jesus Christ as [their] Lord and Savior.”
